Simple. We are committed to providing our customers with a unique service driven experience. We do not subscribe to the old “due to the nature of the hobby” disclaimers that many use to avoid taking care of their customers. Our warranty is simple, for each of our products we have a warranty time (usually 6 to 12 months). If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right. All we ask from our customers is to communicate with us and be honest. We will do the same. Our philosophy is largely the same. We believe that our customers deserve to be treated fairly and with respect. Even when things go wrong for anyone, we’ll work hard to make it right.
We process all payments through Paypal. They provide a secure environment and take all major credit cards, process from bank accounts or e-checks. Vicious Teknology does not retain any payment information and Paypal is one of the safest, most efficient and secure processing centers in the world.
We are available Monday-Friday from 10am-5pm EST. You can usually count on quick responses from us during those times. As stated above we are a service driven company and often you’ll get responses from us other times as well. We primarily communicate via email at email@example.com. We monitor that mailbox constantly throughout the day. If you follow us on Twitter (@vicioustek), you’ll only get pertinent product information. Things like fresh shipments, new products, special events etc. We do very little “retweeting” so you won’t find the funniest quip that day on the internet or links to videos of cats doing pull ups. We’re pretty sure you get enough of those all ready.
Returns You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return anything for any reason. All we ask is that you send it back unused in its original condition and with original packaging. Refunds will be processed in the same method they were purchased. We do not refund original shipping fees nor do we refund return shipping costs. With that said, if we caused the error we’ll make it right. In addition to our 30 day return policy, most of our products carry a warranty as well.
